I would like to welcome you to Customised Admin. My name is Crystal Lobban and I am the Founder and Owner of Customised Admin based on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. Customised Admin provides an array of marketing and administrative services for personal and business clients. Our digital world today allows services to be offered Australia wide.

My qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting), Diploma in Business, Diploma in Travel & Tourism and a Certificate IV in Marketing. I have worked in numerous industries including accounting, auditing, travel and marketing. After approximately seven years working as an Accountant and Self-Managed Superannuation Fund Auditor in Public Practice, I undertook further studies and a career change. This led me to working in the wholesale travel industry, firstly as a Travel Consultant and then in Product Marketing roles specialising in international travel. I have experience in copywriting, editing and designing marketing collateral for websites, brochures, pamphlets, banners, blogs, magazines and major newspaper advertising.

With my extensive skills, knowledge and working experiences, I am equipped to provide you with a professional and personalised marketing and administrative service.

I am a highly detail focused, organised, reliable and efficient person who has a passion for helping others.
